CANCELLATION OF BOOKING AND REFUND POLICY OF "ASMR TWIX TOKYO HEAD SPA"

• Please note, we are not responsible for exchange rate the day when you made an appointment. We only refund from the amount we receive which is our menu prices.  
• 100% refund is guaranteed when you cancel your appointment 7 days prior to your appointment time and can be cancelled via the appointment confirmation email.

• Cancellation 3 days prior of the booked day will receive 50% refund and please contact us via email at pleasetakecareofmecontact@gmail.com
• Cancellation 24hours prior of the booked time will receive 0% refund
• NO show up/1 hour late for your appointment time means cancellation with 0% refund. 
• Rescheduling is available until 3 days/72hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellation after rescheduling means 0% refund
• Rescheduling 24hours prior to your appointment time is not available
