  • If you had vaccination within 1 week before your head spa appointment 
  • if you have Thrombosis (it is the process of a blood clot, also known as a thrombus, forming in a blood vessel)
  • If you have any of these scalp problems: Contact dermatitis, Folliculitis, Seborrheic dermatitis, Tinea capitis, Lichen planus, Head lice infestation, Psoriasis, Acne necrotica miliaris, Cyst, Scalp psoriasis and etc scalp problems
  •  if you have headache right at the moment like being previous in the salon or little earlier
  • if you have flu or cold, please reschedule or wear a face mask during your appointment time
  • if you have high blood pressure (because massages improves blood circulation)
  • This point is for those who are booking shampoo type head spa (no shampoo type spa course is for all hair types and extensions): if you have hair extensions, hair longer than you tail bone, cornrows, dreadlocks, super curly hair (3b, 3c and 4a, 4b, 4c, and so on) you can't get a head spa with us, only full body course is available no matter the hair type and length. Please note, Japan still has a very limited experience on working super curly hair. We will try to improve our skills on super curly hair in the future. Our other menu "full body course with no shampoo type spa bucket list course is recommended for everyone, all hair type customers 
  • if you're drunk
  • if you're too full due to eating just before the session. you should have a meal at least 1-2 hours before coming
  • if you had surgery within 1 year or injured within one month
  • if you have chronic illness that is being treated
  • if you are pregnant
  • if you have any problem with bones, overall body 
  • If you weight more than 110KG (253 pounds) (Our spa bed holds up to 110kg person)
